How To Roast Sweet Potatoes
INGREDIENTS
1 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed into 1"
pieces
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
Kosher Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 450Āŗ. On a large baking sheet, toss sweet potatoes with oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast until tender, tossing halfway through, 30 to 35 minutes.
