- 6 bread slices
- 2 egg
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 100 grams chicken
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic choped
- 1 onion cut into cubes
- 1 capsicum cut into cubes
- 1 teaspoon chilly pdr
- 1 / 2 teaspoons pepper pdr
- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons coriander leaves
- to taste salt
- oil for frying
Method
20 mins
- Heat a pan and add 1 tablespoon oil
- Add choped ginger garlic and onion.saute 2or 3 minutes.
- Add capsicum and stir well.
- Add chillypdr pepperpdr.
- Add tomato sauce coriander leaves and salt to taste.mix well.this is the filling.
- Cut all bread slices into round shape with a glass or any round shape mould
- Put one bread disc over another and take together and dip in beaten egg and roll out in bread crumbs.it will look like a thick cutlet.with 6 bread slices we can make 3 bread discs.
- Heat oil and deep fry each bread disc.
- Cut each fried bread disc into half and there will be a pocket on each.just fill it with our sweet n spicy chicken filling.
