Bread pocket Recipes



Ingredients

3-serving

  1. 6 bread slices
  2. 2 egg
  3. 1 cup bread crumbs
  4. 100 grams chicken
  5. 1 teaspoon ginger garlic choped
  6. 1 onion cut into cubes
  7. 1 capsicum cut into cubes
  8. 1 teaspoon chilly pdr
  9. 1 / 2 teaspoons pepper pdr
  10. 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
  11. 2 tablespoons coriander leaves
  12. to taste salt
  13. oil for frying

Method

20 mins

  1. Heat a pan and add 1 tablespoon oil
  2. Add choped ginger garlic and onion.saute 2or 3 minutes.
  3. Add capsicum and stir well.
  4. Add chillypdr pepperpdr.
  5. Add tomato sauce coriander leaves and salt to taste.mix well.this is the filling.
  6. Cut all bread slices into round shape with a glass or any round shape mould
  7. Put one bread disc over another and take together and dip in beaten egg and roll out in bread crumbs.it will look like a thick cutlet.with 6 bread slices we can make 3 bread discs.
  8. Heat oil and deep fry each bread disc.
  9. Cut each fried bread disc into half and there will be a pocket on each.just fill it with our sweet n spicy chicken filling.
