Champagne Mules Recipe
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. vodka
2 oz. fresh lime juice
4 oz. ginger beer
Chilled champagne (or
prosecco), for topping
Lime wedges, for serving
mint, for serving
DIRECTIONS
1. Pour
1 ounce each vodka and fresh lime juice into two glasses, then top each glass
with 2 ounces ginger beer. Pour champagne over then garnish with limes and
mint.
2. Serve
cold.
