Greek Feta Dip Recipe

INGREDIENTS

12 oz. feta
1 c. Greek yogurt
1 oz. (8-oz.) block cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil (plus more for serving)
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
2 tbsp. chopped dill (plus more for serving)
Kosher salt
Crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 c. chopped cucumber
1/2 c. halved cherry tomatoes
Pita chips, for serving

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat feta, greek yogurt, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, and zest until fluffy. Season with salt and red pepper flakes then stir in dill.
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl. Top with cucumber and tomatoes, then drizzle with more olive oil and garnish with more dill. Serve with pita chips for dipping.
